Our Villa/Event Location
The Villa at Stony Woods Estate is a spacious home for rent that can also be used as a multi-purpose event location with outward-facing windows that look out to the mountains beyond its walls and inward-facing windows that will offer views of the Villa Courtyard and Garden.

As an event center, the Villa has indoor and outdoor spaces available to make your event a memorable one. Larger events are typically held outdoors. We have tents, tables, and chairs available as a part of the event fee to ease some of your planning needs.
The home has a separate but attached suite with a bedroom, full bathroom, kitchette, and small living room that can serve as a bridal or honeymoon suite, grandparents quarters, or a quiet space for a family with small children. Use this space in the way that suits you best!
Free fiber internet is provided.
Beautiful Spaces - Inside & Outside
In addition to the indoor spaces, the Villa is surrounded by a wrap-around deck on two sides, plus a lush interior courtyard, which will provide a space for guests to freely flow from inside spaces to outside spaces. You’ll find plenty of room for a small wedding, tables and chairs, or cocktail hour mingling by the outdoor firepit.
The only limit to the use of our spaces is our client’s imagination.

Check out our wedding furnishings in a variety of settings. In some cases our furnishings are combined (as noted) with rental equipment.
